Willow Creek’s rind is shows a beautiful array of dark-fruit and earthy colors. The wine imparts earthy flavors of wild mushrooms, with a fruity edge and a lightly fermented finish. Every wheel comes stamped with a Merlot grape-leaf covering the surface.

Willow Creek is made with raw cows’ milk, sheep’s milk, cultures, enzymes, and salt and is aged for at least 90 days.
